Who is responsible for your data
PipeDriven is powered by Sales Surge and is a brand of Sales-Surge B.V., a company based in Amstelveen in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 99261758. Sales-Surge B.V. runs this site and decides what is collected and why, which makes it the controller of the data described below. We are not a separate legal entity.
There is no separate public email address for privacy requests. To contact us, use the form on the book a call page and say that your message is about privacy.
What we collect

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or any sensitive category of data, and you should not put them in the message field.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, and to send you the result of a tool you used.
- To follow up about a project when you asked for a call or an assessment.
- To understand which pages and tools are used, and to improve them.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, known in the Netherlands as the AVG, our legal bases are your request and our legitimate interest in running and improving a business site and answering business enquiries.
Who processes it
We use the providers below to run the site and to handle your request. They process data on our behalf, for the purposes above.

As this site is built, what you submit goes to those providers and to no one else. We will correct this page if that changes. We operate from the Netherlands, so the data is handled there, and the providers above may process it in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep it as long as needed to answer you. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will, unless a legal obligation says otherwise. Usage data in Google Analytics follows the retention setting of that account.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies or similar technologies to measure how the site is used. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works without them.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law gives you more.
- Under the GDPR and the AVG, if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to your data protection authority, which in the Netherlands is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
- Under the CCPA and the CPRA, if you are a California resident: the right to know what personal information we collect and use, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. Residents of some other states have similar rights.
To use any of these rights, contact us through the form on the book a call page. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it.
Children and other sites
This site is for business use and is not directed at children. It links to other sites, including the Pipedrive Marketplace and the Sales Surge site, which have their own policies.
Changes to this policy
