The price, in bands
How big is the team, and what is the one off total?
We compare your total to the band we publish for that team size. Bands, not exact figures, because your quote is allowed to be a little different from the market.

What this read rests on
Our own checklist and our own published bands
- The eight things a fair proposal contains, straight from our implementation cost page, plus the reports test from the same page.
- Your own reading of a document only you can see. Nothing is uploaded from this page, so nothing of your supplier reaches us until you decide it should.
- The three price bands we publish, matched to the team size you gave. Those are bands we see in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the Nordics and the United Kingdom.
- Amounts in euro, because we quote and invoice in euro. We did not convert them at a rate we made up.
Where this read stops
It measures completeness, not quality
- A complete proposal from the wrong partner is still the wrong partner. References and a conversation decide that, not a checklist.
- It cannot read the small print. Payment terms, the change request clause and the cancellation terms are not in these nine checks.
- It compares your total to a market band. It does not judge whether the hours behind that total are realistic for your Pipedrive.
- It is not legal advice, and it is not a negotiation. It is a second opinion you can form in ten minutes.
