What happens in thirty minutes
The call has one job: to decide whether there is a project, and what it would be. We do not demo software and we do not open with a deck. We ask questions, and we write down what we hear.
| Part of the call | What we do | What you leave with |
|---|---|---|
| Your situation | You describe how a deal moves today, and where it stalls or gets lost | The problem, stated in one sentence you agree with |
| Your data and tools | We ask where records live, what has to connect, and what must come across | A list of systems, sources and risks |
| A first scope | We outline the phases and what is in and out of each one | A scoped plan, on one page |
| Price and next step | We give a price range in dollars and say what would move it | A range, and the next step if you want one |
If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we say so. A half day review sometimes beats a project, and a team of three with one pipeline is often better served by the six step method and an afternoon.
Who the call is for
Most of our clients have between five and eighty people in sales, and most of the teams we talk to are in one of three places.
- Moving to Pipedrive. From HubSpot, Salesforce, another CRM or a spreadsheet, and unwilling to lose the history on the way. The migration guides start at the migrations hub.
- Already on Pipedrive, and it is not working. Fields nobody fills, reports nobody trusts, duplicates, or automations nobody dares to touch. Rebuild versus repair is the question we start with.
- Holding a proposal. From us or from another partner, and wanting a second read on scope, price and what is missing.
It is not the right call if you need someone in your office every week, or if you want a person to run your sales team rather than build the system it works in. We are a Dutch team working with US companies remotely, in English, and we say so before anyone books.
What to bring
None of it is required. All of it makes the thirty minutes more useful, and none of it needs to be tidy.
- How a deal moves today, in the words your team uses, even if it is a whiteboard photo.
- The current CRM or spreadsheet, and a rough record count.
- The three reports you would most like to trust.
- The systems that must connect: email, calling, accounting, your website forms.
- Your deadline, and the person who will own the project on your side.
- A proposal you already hold, if you have one.
If you want an answer on cost before the call, the Cost Calculator gives a range in dollars on screen. If you want to know whether your setup is ready, the Readiness Assessment scores it in ten questions.
